The Forge
Printed to order in impact resistant resin, cleaned up and based, then boxed by hand. Raw and primed go out in business days. Click any of them to see exactly what you get.
Nothing matches all of those. Take a filter off, or clear them and start again.
Supplied unassembled and unpainted unless you ask for a finish. Every design sold here is either an original Set Piece design or produced under a licence that permits commercial sale. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any game publisher. The character files from our games are free for personal use: print them for your own table as often as you like, but please do not sell prints or re-upload the files. Where a clear base is shown you can have solid or tinted instead, because clear resin yellows with age and that is the material, not a fault.
Custom pieces
Characters, units, terrain for a board you are building. Tell me what you are after and you get a price and a date, usually the same day.
Priced on the piece. No two jobs are the same, so no two cost the same.
Tell me what you want and you get a real number and a real date before you commit to anything. Batch work comes down per model, so say how many you need.
Finishes
Printed, supports removed, cleaned up. Ready for you to prime.
Same model, primed and ready to paint. I prime everything in house.
Painted to a clean tabletop standard. Looks right from across the table.

Paying
Add what you want. The basket keeps a running total so nothing jumps at the end.
Checkout takes your details and your address. Nothing is charged at that point.

I am James. I run Set Piece out of , west of Brisbane.
I have been running tabletop games for years and printing miniatures since . The two ended up feeding each other. I needed terrain for my own table, then people started asking where I got it.
Everything is printed here on my own machines, resin and FDM. I do the priming myself. I look at every model before it goes in the box, which is the whole reason I have not handed the printing to anyone else.
Every file I print from is commercially licensed and I keep the paperwork. If you ever want to see it for something you bought, ask.
Questions
Raw and primed go out in business days. Painted work is quoted with its own date before you pay anything.
The basket works it out before you pay, using current Australia Post rates. It weighs your order, picks the smallest box it fits in, and charges what Australia Post charges. Under 5kg that is the same price anywhere in Australia, so nothing changes based on where you live. Parcel Post or Express, your choice, both tracked.

No, and they are not sold as such. They are licensed sculpts I hold commercial rights to print and sell, plus original work. Not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher.
